interest; and BARBARA J. MC ELROY, residing at 465 Topsail Lane, Southold,
New York, as surviving tenant by the entirety, as to an undivided one—half

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northerly side of Main Road (N.Y.S. Route 25)
where the eommnldivision line between the premises to be described and
land of the Village of Greenport intersects the Northerly line of Main laud;
�(,•� RUNNING THENCE South 77 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West along the Northerly
side of Main Road, 76.74 feet to land now or formerly of Joseph and Mary
Grozzo;
RUNNING along said land North 00 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West,
726 feet to land of the Village of Greenport;
RUNNING along said land the following two courses and distances:
(1) North 77 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East, 76.74 feet;
(2) South 00 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East 726 feet to the Northerly
side of Main Road, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
