paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

lying and being in the at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 34 on a certain map
SECT: entitled, "subdivision Map of Cedarfields at Greenport" filed in the
040.00 Suffolk County Clerk' s Office an 6/27/90 as Map No. 8966, said lot
being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Cedarfields Drive distant
BLR: 343. 91 feet as measured a3 the extreme southerly end of the arc of

LOT: RUNNING THENCE North 73 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East 268 feet

THENCE along last mentioned map, South 16 degrees 01 minutes 50
seconds East 75 feet to the division line of lots 33 and 34 on the
above mentioned map;
THENCE along last mentioned division line, South 73 degrees 58 minutes
10 seconds West 268 feet to the easterly side of Cedarfields Drive;
THENCE along the easterly side of Cedarfields Drive, North 16 degrees
01 minutes 50 seconds West 75 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and INTENDED to be part of the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated 1/29/90 and recorded 2/13/90
in Liber 11016, pg. 215.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
! whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
