lying and being in the at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
DIST: and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 32 on a
1000 certain map entitled, "Subdivision of Cedarfields at Greenport" filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office on 6/27/90 as Map No. 8966, said
lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows :

040.00 BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Cedarfields Drive, distal
493. 91 feet southerly from the extreme southerly end of the arc of a
curve connecting the southerly side of Bennett Road with the easterly

05.00 RUNNING THENCE North 73 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East 268 feet

LOT: THENCE along lands last mentioned, South 16 degrees 01 minutes

above mentioned map;
THENCE along last mentioned divisimn line, and continuing along the

West 268 feet to the easterly side of Cedarfields Drive;
THENCE along the easterly side of Cedarfields Drive, North 16 degrees
01 minutes 50 seconds West 75 feet to the point or place of

BEING and INTENDED to be part of the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated 1/29/90 and recorded 2/13/90
in Liber 11016, pg. 215.
\ TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
Cl HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The Word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
