distributees and asaigna forever,all that certain lot, piece or par-
cel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and
by the lot No. 16 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Nap of Property
of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck, N.Y." made by D. R.
Young, surveyor, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk under Map No. 601 on January 12, 1926.
TOGETHER with the right to use the tract of land in common with
other owners of lots shown on said map, the tract shown on said map
as Sigebee Park for park purposes.
TOGETHER with a right of way over Sigebee Road shown on said map..
and over a right of way three rode wide running from Peconie Bay Boule-
vard over premises shown on said map to Peconic Bay.
SUBJECT also to covenants and restrictions of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Earl H.
Devanny by Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. by deed dated April 7, 1930,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 1655 at page 69 on June 13, 1932.
