MI those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York bounded
and described.as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1: Bounded on the North by the Main Highway; on the East by -
other lands of the Robert W. Wells and Amanda E. Wells; on the South
by Peconic Bay; on the West by.other lands of said Robert W. Wells
and Amanda E. Wells; together with a right of way over.the said
lands last described, said right of way being fifteen (15) feet wide
on the Main Highway and thirty (30) feet wide on Peconic Bay. -
Together with all the lands and water rights thereto in and on
Peconie Bay of the said property.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the said Van Brunt Tandy by deed

dated March 28th,, 1908, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's .Office

in liber 646 of deeds, page 203, and being more particularly shown upon
the map annexed to said deed and made a part thereof.
PARCEL 11: Bounded on the South by Peconic Bay; on the West by other
lands of said Van Brunt Tandy; on the North by the Boulevard; and on
the East by other lands of said Robert W. Wells and R. Amanda Wells,
his wife; said lot being fifty six (56) feet and five (5) inches on
said Peconic Bay and fifty four feet and three inches on said Boulevard.
TOGETHER with all the lands and water rights thereto in and on.Peconic
Bay of the said property.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the said Van Brunt Tandy by deed -
dated Sept. 28th, 1908, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in liber 667 of deeds, page 457, and being more particularly shown upon
the map annexed to said deed and made a partthereof.
PARCEL 111: Bounded on the North by the Boulevard; East by other lands
of Van Brunt Tandy and Maria W. Tandy; South by Peconic Bay and the West
by Elizabeth Monfort. Said strip of land being fifteen (15) feet on the
Boulevard and thirty (30) feet on the bluff.
TOGETHER with all land in and under and all water rights of said
property on Peconic Bay.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the said Van Brunt Tandy by deed
dated June 7, 1915, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkfs office in
Liber 943 of deeds, page 516, and being more particularly shown upon
the map annexed to said deed and made a part thereof.
PARCEL 1V: On the North.by the Main,Highway; or commonly.k4own as the
Boulevard; on the East by other lands of Van Brunt Tandy; on the South
by the lands of Van Brunt Tandy; on the West by the right of way conveyed
by Robert W. Wells to Van Brunt Tandy. The premises herein intended to
be conveyed being the same premises as were conveyed to Van_Brnnt.Tendg .
by Maria W. Tandy by deed dated March 7th, 1921, and recogdedin the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 1018 of deeds, page 269,
on the 11th day of March, 1921.
BEING a portion of the premises described in a deed made by Lillian V.
