PARCEL 11: Bounded on the South by Peconic Bay; on the West by other lands of said Van Brunt Tandy; on the North by the Boulevard; and on the East by other lands of said Robert W. Wells and R. Amanda Wells, his wife; said lot being fifty six (56) feet and five (5) inches on said Peconic Bay and fifty four feet and three inches on said Boulevard. TOGETHER with all the lands and water rights thereto in and on.Peconic Bay of the said property. BEING the same premises conveyed to the said Van Brunt Tandy by deed - dated Sept. 28th, 1908, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 667 of deeds, page 457, and being more particularly shown upon the map annexed to said deed and made a partthereof.
