100 feet along said land of Piquet to a point and land of Robert Visco
and wife; thence running in a Westerly direction at right angles to the
last mentioned line 96.29 feet along said land of Visco to a point on
the Easterly line of a certain right-of-way; thence running N. 160 461
W. 100 feet along said right-of-way to a point and land of White and
Small; thence running in an Easterly direction at right angles to said
last mentioned line 96.29 feet along said land of White and Small to the
point or place of beginning.
TOGETHL't WITH, and as appurtenant to the premises above described
to the party of the second part, the full and free right in common
with others to enter upon the following described premises for the
purposes of ingress egress from Peconic Bay Boulevard and Great
Peconic Bay; but the right of ingress and egress from the hereinbefore
described premises to Great Peconic Bay shall be on foot only; together
with the right to use so much of the following described property as
consists of beachland for the purpose of bathing, sunbathing and for the
purpose of embarking and disembarking from small boats; provided, how-
ever, that the parties of the first part shall be under no obligation

of way is hereby given.
