ALL that tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon, situated at Laurel, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point, which
point is distant S. 160 461 E. 404 Feet from a monument set on the
southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard at the northeasterly corner of
promisee of William F. Geissinger and Martha W. Geissinger and the
northwesterly corner of premises of Samuel D. Piquet; running thence
South 160 461 8. 118 feet along said land of Piquet to a point; thence
S. 340 01 West.98.5 feet to a point; running thence N. 160 461 West.
178.30 feet to a point and other-land of William F. Geissinger and
Martha W. Geisainger; running thence at right angles to said last
mentioned course 78.29 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with, and as appurtenant to the premises above described
to the parties o2 the second part, the full and free right in common
with others to enter upon the following described premises for the
purposes of ingress to and egress from Peconic Bay Boulevard and
Great Peconio Bay; but the right of ingress and egress from the here-
inbefore described premises to Great Peoonic Bay shall be on foot
only; together with the right to use so much of the following des-
scribed property as consdsta of beachland for the purpose of bathing,
sunbathing and for the purpose of smbarking in and disembarking from
smell boats; provided, however, that .the parties of the first psrt4

ALL those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land being a part
of the land formerly owned by John Hellock situate, lying and being
at Laurel, In said Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on
the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard distant 64 feet as measured
along the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard on a course of N.
400 0' Nast from a point on the southerly line of Peconle Bay Boulevard
where the same is intersected by the northwesterly corner of land of
Hush and Northington and the northeasterlbv corner of lead now or
formerly of Bacchus; running thence S. 50 0' East 14.43 feet; thence
on a curve to the right whose radius is 82.83 feet a distance of
48'04 feet; thence S. 160 461 East 463.37 feet; thence S. 340 0' West
96.83 feet to the westerly line of George P. Bush and Andrea B.
Northington where the.same adjoins land now or formerly of Bacchus;
running thence S. 160 461 East along the westerly line ofland of
the said Busch and Northington to Great Peconic Bay; running thence
northeasterly along Great Peconic Bay to the easterly line of land
of Busch and Northington and the westerly line of land now or formerly

feet from the southerly side of Peconic Hay Boulevard as measured

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises conveyed to Robert E. Viso,
and Abby C. Visor by William F. Geissinger and Martha W. Geissdager, by
deed dated November 2, 1946, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 2645, page 201, on November 6, 1946.
