parcel of lard, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate,
lying and being at Laurel, formerly Frsnklinville, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk. and State of New York, and bounded and de-
scribed as follows to wit: Beginning at a point on the southeasterly
side of Peconic Bay Boulevard at a stone monument marking the division
line between the lands hereby conveyed and the lands of Frederick Hasse l; i
running thence southwesterly, along said Peconic Bay Boulevard, one
hundred and eight feet and one-tenth of a foot to a stone monument;
thence south fourteen degrees, fifty-three minutes east to the Great
Peconic Bay, passing through a stone monument near the high water line
of said Bay; thence northeasterly, along the line of said Bay to the
land of Frederick Russell; and thence north fourteen degrees forty-sigh
minutes west along said Russell's land to the stone monument, at the
point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of th -
first part, if any, of, in and to the lend lying under the waters of
{1 Peconie Bay in front of and adjoining the premises above described. -
