THIS INDENTURE, made they 11th day of October,
nineteen hundred and forty-four ,between CLARENCE C. CALKINS,
residing at 30-78 -30th Street, Astoria, Borough of Queens, City
Of New York,
part y of the first part,
and DANIEL J. STACK, JR. and MARGARET S. STACK, his wife, both
residing at the Book-Cedillao Rotel, Detroit, Michigan, as tenants
by the entirety,

by the parties of the second part,do hereby grant and release untothe parties ofthe second part,

ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being at Laurel, Township of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Peconic Bay
Boulevard, distant 150 feet northeasterly from a stone monument
marking the division line between the lands now or formerly of William
A. Wesson Estate and lend formerly of Van Brunt Tandy,and running
thence northeasterly along said northwesterly side of Peconic Bey
Boulevard 50 feet, running thence north 29 degrees 8 minutes west 400
feet, thence southwesterly and parallel with said Peconic Bey Boulevard,
50 feet, thence southeasterly and parallel with the second mentioned
course 400 feet to the northwesterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard at
the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way as a means of ingress and egress
from Peconic Bay Boulevard to Peconio Bay over a strip of lend
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Peconia Bay
Boulevard at a stone monument marking the division line between the
premises herein described and the land now or formerly of A. L. Downs;
running thence southwesterly, along said Peconic Bay Boulevard, ten
feet to the lend of St. Clair Rester; thence southeasterly, along the
land of St. Clair Hester, to Peconic Bay; thence Northeasterly, along
said Peconic Bay to the land of A. L. Downs; and thence northerly
twenty-aeven degrees, two minutes west to Peconic Bey Boulevard at
the point or place of beginning.
