ZIU that certain piece, parcel or tract of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situate at Laurel in the Tom of Southold, County
of Suffolk, New York, bounded and described as follows:
II BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly aide of the Peconic Bay Boulevard
Nistant one hundred (100) feet Westerly from the Northwest corner of land
now or formerly belonging to George B. Woodhull, and running thence on e
course South South twenty (20) degrees thirty seven (37) minutes forty (40)
seconds East through an electric light pole and through two monuments place
by Wallace H. Halsey, Surveyor, Southampton, N. Y. five hundred fifty five
and thirty one-hundredths (555.30) feet to highwater mark of Peoonic Bay,
thence Southerly or Southwesterly along the high water mark of Peconic
Bay ninety seven and eighty three one-hundredths (97.83) feet more or less
to the land now or formerly of D. Stanley Raynor and May S. Raynor his wife
thence Northerly and along the said land now or former'{? owned by D.
Stanley Raynor and wife to the southeasterly aide of Peconic Bay Boulevard,
(thence along said Peconic Bay Boulevard North thirty eight (38) degrees
fifty one (51) minutes east thirty eight and eighty one-hundredths (38.80)
feet to a granite monument, thence still along said Peconio Bay Boulevard
INorth forty five (45) degrees thirty (30) minutes East sixty one and twenty
one-hundredths. (61 20) feet to the monument at the point or plass of
