and TOWN OF SOUTHOLD a Municipal Corporation having its principal office and

place of business at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, i
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the part y of the first part, in consideration of
----------FIFTY FIVE HUNDRED ($5500.)--------------pollars, lawful money of the United States,
paid by the part y of the second part, do as hereby grant and release unto the part y of the
second part;
Its successors and assigns forever,

ALL that certain tract
piece or parcel of lend situate, lying and being at or
near Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:- on the North by Laurel Lake; on the Bast by land of Annie S.
Silkworth and land of Frank Freyher; on the South by the Main Highway running between
Riverhead and Greenport, and on the west by land of Frederick Hallock. The above
described tract containing an excess of ten acres.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to Main Road, adjoining the premises on the south to the centre line thereo .
Subject to the rights of the Long Island Lighting Company and the New York
Telephone Company along and over the highways adjoining said premises, if any.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to Laurel Lake.
Being and Intended to be the same premises conveyed by Henry L. Fleet, un-
married, to Frank F. Barrett by deed dated October 5, 1931 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in liber. 1608 of deeds at page 7 on October 5, 1931.

First. That said FRANK F. BARRETT

convey the same;
Second. That the part y of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
X Third. That the said premises are free from incumbrances exce»t as aforesaid.
Fourth. That the party of the first part will execute or procure any further necessary
assurance of the title to said premises;
Fifth. That said FRANK F. BARRETT
will forever warrant the title to the said Premises.
Sixth. That the grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law' covenants that the
grantor will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such considera-
tion as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and that the
grantor will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
