C.H. Bailey, surveyed by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. May 21st, 1929" which
Map is duly filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
Together with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to the highways adjoining said premises.
It is understood that not more than one house is to be erected on said lot
and shall not cost less than $1500. and that the same is to be used for
dwelling purposes only and not to be occupied by more than one family.
Said house is to set back at least fifteen feet from the street line, and a
garage may be erected thereon on the rear of said premises not less than
sixty feet from the street line and to be used for the storing of not more
than two automobiles used for pleasure only. The property hereby conveyed
shall not be used in any manner which might create a public nuisance.
