Said house is to set back at least fifteen feet from the street line, and a garage may be erected thereon on the rear of said premises not less than sixty feet from the street line and to be used for the storing of not more than two automobiles used for pleasure only. The property hereby conveyed shall not be used in any manner which might create a public nuisance.
