No. 1850 Cider Mill Road, Union, New Jersey, party of the first pare, and VINCENT RICE and DORIS RICE, his wife, residing at No. 448 East 22nd Street, Brooklyn 26, New York, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in mnsideation of Ten dollars ----- ($10.00) _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ -dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations, paid by the parties of the second part, cites hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, ALL that certain lot, piece Or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by the lot No. forty-eight (48) on a certain Map entitled 'Map of Laurel Park" Town of .Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, Daniel R. Young, P.E., and L.S., Riverhead, New York, August 17th 1925 filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 5th day of October 1925 under Map No. 212, together with all the right, title and Interest of the party of the first part of, in and to that portion of the road shown on said map in front of said lot and adjacent thereto to the center line thereof, subject to the right of other owners on said Map to pass over and use the same, and subject to the covenants, restrictions affecting other similar lots on said Map. The party of the second part shall have the right to pass over and - upon the South Oakwood Road, and also upon a strip of land along the shore front beyond lots Nos. one to four (1 to 4) both inclusive for the purpose of bathing, boating and outdoor sports and for ingress to and egress from the waters of Peconic Bay.
