Peconic Bay;
ALL of that parcel of land situate at Laurel, Southold Tov=m,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: I
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Great P,conic
Bay Boulevard, said monument being located on the northeasterly Connor!
of premises now or formerly of William, F. Higgins and wife andrunningthence South 210 39' 20" East 410.x4 feet to the high crater line of
Great Peconic Bay; thence North 41 56' 50° East alone said high water
line 12.39 feet to land now or formerly of lbiward H. Stoehr and wife-
thence along said land of Edward H. Stoehr and wife North 210 39' 204
West 409.24 feet to a monument set on the southerly side of Great
Peconic Bay Boulevard; thence running South 480 23' 50" West along
the southerly side of Great Peconic Bay Boulevard a distance of 12
feet to the monument at the point or place of berinnine.
Said right of way shall be for the benefit of the party of the
second part, his heirs, assigns, lessees, servants, tenants, guests
and their immediate family and dependants but shall not be used for
commercial purposes of any kind. This easement and right of way shall
be for the benefit of the party of the second part and shall run with '.
