at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York known and
designated as lot number 98 on a certain map entitled ^Amended Map of

Daniel R. Young, Surveyor- and which said map was filed is the office
of the clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 12, 1926.
Together with the right to use in common with the owners of
lots shown on said map, the tract shown on said map as SSgabee Park
for Park purposes, under such conditions, limitations and restrictions
as said Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., may impose. Such use to be
