and PIERRE J. MICHAUX and LILLIAN A. MICHAUX, his wife, residing at
No. 200-21 33rd Avenue, Bayside, County of Queens, State of New
York,

J. Stack at Laurel, L.I. New York, made by Daniel R. Young, F.E. G-
L.S., dated July 2nd, 1926, duly filed in office of Clerk of Suffolk
County as Map No. 815 on July 30th, 1926, bounded and described as
follows, to crit.
BEGINNING at a point on the dividing line between lands of
Gertrude L. Calkins n theg parties of the first part, distant two
hundred (200) feet�$ r 4$d$se north 290 471 west from a point on
the northwesterly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, which point is
the southeasterly corner of land of said Gertrude L. Calkins(
running thence northeasterly along the dividing line between said
Lot No. 4 and lot No. 5 on said filed Lisp Ila. 815, and parallel or
nearly so with said Peconic Bay Boulevard about one hundred forty
two and two one hundredths feet (142.2) to a right of way estab-
lished by the parties of the first part, which point is fifteen
(15) feet southwesterly from lands of A. L. Downs; thence sent!,-
easterly and parallel with land of A. L. Downs, south 260 44t
East fifty and sixty five one hundredths (50.65) feet; thence
southwesterly along the division line between Lot No. 4 and Lots
1, 2 and 3 on said map and parallel or nearly so wit3'. Peconic Bay
Boulevard one hundred forty and four one hundredths (140.4) feet
to land of said Gertrude L. Calkins; and thence nortl.westerly
along said land of Gertrude L. Calkins north 29° 471 West fifty
