ALL those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land situate,

lying and being at Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of

Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by '
Plots Noe. 73 and 74 on a certain map entitled *Amended Map of
Mattituck Park Properties, Ino., Mattituck, New York,* said map f
being made by Daniel R. Young, P. E. and L. S. from actual survey f
completed July 11, 1924 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on the 12th day of January, 1926 as and by
Mao No. 801 (Abstract No. 368).
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part in and to Sigsbee Road Adjoining said
premises to the center line thereof. -
TOGETHER, ALSO, with the right to use for recreational
purposes the plots Shown on said map as Sigabee Park and the
beach adjacent thereto in common with the parties of the first -
part, and with Mattituck Park Properties, Ino., and with others
- who have now or may hereafter acquire rights in the same, sub-
jeot, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with
respect to the use thereof as Mattituck Park Properties, Ino.,
- may from time to time put into effect, it being expressly
understood that the parties of the first part and Mattitucic
