The meeting began at 7:10 p.m. with four LPC members present. Adoption of Meeting Minutes: th ?? Adoption of LPC meeting minutes from April 10, 2007 and May 1, 2007, and May 15, 2007 meetings. MOTION made by Ray Huntington, seconded by Lillian Ball, to accept the minutes of a Land Preservation Committee meeting held on April 10, 2007, May 1, 2007, and May 15, 2007 (as revised). Motion carried 4/0. Applications: ?? LPC will leave it to Mary Wilson, Esq. to resolve encroachment issue. ?? Supervisor Russell received a letter from attorney representing landowner regarding an easement to the Town. There is an on-going dock issue between Town Trustees and landowner. Melissa to obtain further information and to discuss matter with Mary Wilson, Esq. LPC is favorable to an easement if easement is presented to the Town as a gift; however, issue with Trustees needs to be cleared first. Ag Structure Application: ?? Unger. Melissa, Ray and John had telephone conference call with Mark Unger regarding what he can/can not do on the PDR land. Letter to be drafted to follow-up on conference call. General: ?? Small Lot Policy Ray Huntington made presentation on small lot policy that he drafted. His hand-out was distributed, discussed, commented upon and changes were implemented into the drafted policy. Further review needed. EXECUTIVE SESSION. The members re-entered into ?? Fishers Island Annual Town Board Meeting – Wednesday, August 8, 2007 Melissa and Melanie to attend. All others that want to attend need to contact Supervisor’s office. ?? Town Board Public Hearings for Pfeifle and Stackler projects – Tuesday, July 3, 2007 ?? Suffolk County Farmland Meeting – Tuesday, July 24, 2007 Next Regular Meeting: ?? Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. The next regular meeting will be held on in the Town Hall Conference Room. (Eric Keil will be unable to attend this meeting) Adjournment: ??
