Reserving„ however, to St. Peter's German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Inc. ,
its successors and assigns, as owner of premises known as District 1000, Section
45, Block 2, Lot 7.1 for the benefit of said premises (St. Peter's Church), a
forty foot wide easement running from the northerly boundary of land of St. Peter's
Church to the existing municipal sewer line which runs parallel to and approximatel
80 feet north of the northerly boundary of St. Peter's Church. Said easement
is intended solely for the installation and maintenance of an underground sewer
line in said easement area. The exact location and size of the easement area
will be selected by the party of the second part. The easement is contingent
TAX MAP upon the party of the second part and or St. Peter's being able to obtain all
DESIGNATION necessary approvals from the municipalities having jurisdiction and further
contingent upon such sewer hook up not jeopardizing the capacity of the sewer
