ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with the building
and Improvement thereon erected situated at laurel, Southhold Town-
ship, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a locust stakesituateon the northerly line of
Peconic Bay Boulevard, which is distant 175 feet easterly measured
along the northerly line of Peconic-Bay Boulevard from a point
formed by the intersection of the easterly line of the land formerly
of Joseph Pasternak with the northerly line of Peconlc Bay Boulevard;
running thence North 43 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds West along the
lend of Prankard 250 feet to a locust Stake and lend of Everett P.
Cooper; the roe North 46 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds East Siong the
land of Gvere tt P. Cooper, 25 feet; thence South 43 degrees 11
clouts. 40 ea-an-. East, 250 feet to the northerly side of Psconle
Bay Boulevard; thence South 4 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds peat
along the northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, 25 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
IT BEING the intention of the parties of the first part herein
to convey the westerly 25 feet of premises as described In Liber 2404
of Conveyances, Page 346, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November, 1944.
