the northerly half of lot No. 43 (forty-three) on a certain map en-
titled "Map of Laurel Park," Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., Riverhead, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, August 17th, 1925, filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on October 5th, 1925, .under ^
