°�J1T WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

1000 New York known and designated as lot number eighty (80) on
a certain map entitled subdivision map, part of the estate
of Thomas F. Price, Sr. which map is made by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
SECTION dated November 29 , 1927 , and filed in the office of the Clerk
042. 00 of Suffolk County, New York, which lot is bounded on the North
by Maple Street, on the east by lot number 81; on the south
BLOCK by lot 67 and on the west by lot number 79 .

AND it is understood and agreed by the parties of the second
LOT part that certain streets shown on above said subdivision
016. 000 map and known as Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street and
Seventh Avenue and running to the property of the Union School
District No. 10 on the westerly side of the said subdivision
map, have been closed at the junction with the said Union
School District No. 10 property and they are DEAD END streets.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to
the party of the first part by deed dated July 22 , 1946 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
k - on July 23, 1946 in Liber 2599 page 59 . SIe
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
,a and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
