THIS INDENTURE made the 7 day of//�•,,..,Q,`.v,
Nineteen Hundred and Forty-four,
Between GEORGE P. BUSCH, residing at 23 Carman Street,
Hempstead, New York, and ANDREA B. NORTHINGTON, residing at
I . M.O.Q. 316, Marine Air Baas, Cherry Point, North Carolina,
parties of the first part, and
WILLIAM GEISSINGER and MARTHA W. GEISSINGER, his wife,
residing at N8 Coralyn Road, Scarsdale, New York, parties
of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in
consideration of One Dollar 31.00) lawful money of the
United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all theright title and
Interest of the parties of the first part of in and to the
Easterly one half of all that certain tract, piece or
parcel of land situate, lying and being at Laurel, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a Point on the southerly line of Peconio
Bay Boulevard distant 64 feet as measured along the south-
erly line of Peconio Bay Boulevard on a course of N. 400 0'
East from a point on the southerly line of Peconio Bay
Boulevard where the same is Intersected by the northwesterly
_. corner of land of the sellers and the northeasterly corner
of land now or formerly of Bacchus; running thence S. 500 01
East 14.43 feet, thence on a curve to the right whoa
radius 1s 82.83 feet a distance of 48.04 feet, thence
S. 160461 East 463.37 feet, thence S. 340 0' West 96.83
feet to the westerly line of land of the said George P.

now or formerly of Bacchus, running thence S. 160 46' East
along the westerly line of land of the said George P. Busch
and Andrea B. Northington to Great Peconlc Bay, running
thence northeasterly along Great Peconic Bay to the easterly
11ne of land of George P. Busch and Andrea B. Northington
and the westerly line of land now or formerly of Samuel D.
Piquet, running thence N. 160 46' West along the easterly
line of land of George P. Busch and Andrea B. Northington
to a point distant 520 feet from the southerly aide of
Peocnlc Bay Boulevard as measured along said last mentioned
course if the same were projected northerly; running thence
S. 340 01 West 98.50 feet to a point; running thence N. 160
46' West 450.30 feet to a point; running thence on a curve
to the left whose radius 1s 98.83 feet, 57.33 feet to a
point, running thence N. 500 Gt West and parallel to the
first described course 14.43 feet to the southerly side of
Peconic Bay Boulevard; running thence S. 400 0' West along
the southerly side of Peconlc Bey Boulevard 16 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
Subject to easements and rights of way of record
affecting said premises.
Subject to the right of the parties of the first part,
j their successors and assigns at all times hereafter to enter
upon the foregoing promisee for the purpose of ingress to
and agrees from Peconic Bay Boulevard and Great Peconlc Bay,
together with the right to use So much of said premises as

bathing and for the purpose of embarking In and disembarking
from small boats, provided however that said rights herein
reserved shall be deemed appurtenant only to the lands now
owned by the parties of the first part Immediately adjacent
