WON, residing at 26 Sherman Street, Borough of Brooklyn, City and ' State of New York, '- party of the first part, and MARY A. EASON, residing at 26 Sherman Street, BorDugh of Brooklyn, City and State of New York, party of the second part, W I T N E S S E T H, that the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, lawful money of the United States of America. paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party I c of the second part, bar heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, I % lying and being at Laurel, in the County of Suffolk, and State of New York, and being the northwesterly por- tion of Parcel "A" as shown on a certain map entitled Map of Subdivision of lots Nos. 52 and 53, 'Laurel Park" and other property of Racatone Realty Corporation, Laurel, Town of Southold, L.I., N.Y., Daniel R. N.Y,, dated September 20th, 1930, and which said map is on file in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, the premises being hereby con- veyed being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the divi®ion line between the land shown on the aforesaid mapon the east and lands of Sohn T.
