THIS INDENTURE, made the day of September,
Nineteen hundred and forty-five, between
CHARLES H. WON, residing at 26 Sherman Street,
Borough of Brooklyn, City and '
State of New York,

MARY A. EASON, residing at 26 Sherman Street,
BorDugh of Brooklyn, City and
State of New York,
party of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H,
that the party of the first part, in consideration of One
Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, lawful
money of the United States of America. paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party I
c of the second part, bar heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, I %
lying and being at Laurel, in the County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, and being the northwesterly por-
tion of Parcel "A" as shown on a certain map entitled
Map of Subdivision of lots Nos. 52 and 53, 'Laurel Park"
and other property of Racatone Realty Corporation, Laurel,
Town of Southold, L.I., N.Y., Daniel R. Young, P.E., and
L. S. Riverhead. N.Y,, dated September 20th, 1930, and
which said map is on file in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk, the premises being hereby con-
veyed being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the divi®ion line between the
land shown on the aforesaid mapon the east and lands of
Sohn T. Young and George Woodhhll on the west, where the
southwest corner of the premises about to be described
intersects said division line and which said point is
distant 60 ft.; northwesterly along said division line
from the northwesterly end of North Oakwood Road as
laid out on said map when measured along said division
line in a course of North 190 221 10" west (and which
point is also the point of intersection of the south-
westerly corner of the premises about to be described
and the northwesterly corner of premises heretofore con-
veyed by Ravatone Realty Corporation to one, Scheublein,
by deed recorded'in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber
1663 of deeds. page 484; running thence from said point
of beginning north 19 221 10" west a distance of 75.95
feet to a point in said division line first herein re-
ferred to; and running thence north 160 451 west still
along said division line 150.08 feet to the northwesterly
corner of Parcel "A" shown on the man first herein
referred to; running then north 730 15t east a distance
of 144 feet more or less to the centre line of Brushes
Creek; and running thence generally southeasterly as
said Brushes Creek winds and turns until we meet the land

on the map first herein referred to with the exception
of that heretofore conveyed to Scheublein. Above

TOGETHER with a right of way to pass over and to use;
for the purpose of ingress to and agrees from the.premises

side of the property of Scheublein to North Oakwood Road, as

''favor of the premises above described being contained in the
