I., N. Y., Daniel R. Young, P. E., and L. S., Riverhead, N. Y. dated September 20th, 1930 and which map is on file in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, the premises being bereby conveyed being core particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the division line between the land shown on the aforesaid map on the east and lands of John T. Young and George Woodhull on the west, where the souto est corner of the promises about to be described intersects said division line and which said point is distant 60 ft.; northwesterly along said division line from the north- westerly end of North Oakwood Road as laid out on said map when mea- sured along said divisirn line in a course of North 190 221 10" west (and which point is rise the point of intersection of the southwester]. corner of the premises about to be described and the northwesterly corner of premises heretofore conveyed by Ravatone Realty Corporation to one Scheublein, by deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerkls office in liber 1663 of deeds, pa§e 434; running thence from said point of beginning north 190 221 10 west a distance of 75.95 feet to a point in said division line first herein referred to, and running thence north 160 451 west still along said division line 150.08 feet to the northwesterly earner of Parcel "A" shown on the map first herein re- ferred to; running then north 730 151 east a distance of 144 feet mora or less to the center line of Brushes Creek; and running thence gen- erally southeasterly as said Brushes Creek winds and turns until we meet the land heretofore conveyed to said Scheublein in the aforesaid deed; and running thence westerly along the division line between the premises herein described and the said land of Scheublein a distance of 185 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning; it bein� Intended by this description to convey all the land shown ea parcel A" on the map first herein referred to with the exception of that hereto- fore conveyed to Scheublein.
