the first.part in and to Sigsbee Road adjoining said promisee to the
center line thereof.

in the same, it being expressly understood thatthe parties of the,
first part shall not be.held responsible for injuries or accidents`
that occur in connection with the use and enjoyment of said Sigabee
Park and beach.
