and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and asaigns of the party

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, I�
situate,lying and being kadtx at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point marked by the interseotion of the
sea terly side or line of Z.M. Woodhull and the northerly
aide of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
running thence North 200 211 West a distance of 450.6
feet to land now or formerly of Alexander Wilc zinski and
.Mary Wilazinski, his wife and marked by a locust stake;

marked by a locust stake;

distance of 385.6 feet to Peconio Bay Boulevard and marked
by a locust stake;
thence along Peconic Bay Boulevard South 270 291 West a 1
distance of 34 feet to another locust stake;
thence running along Peconic Bay Boulevard, South 500 571
West 406.4 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING"
SUBJECT AND TOGETHER WITH covenantal restrictions and easements, if
any, of record.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to Peconic Bay Boulevard adjoining said promisee.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part by
F.J.F. HOLDING CORPORATION by deed dated April 28, 1941 and recorded
in the Office of the Clark of Suffolk County on the 21st day of June,
1941 in Liber 2169, Page 536.
