TOGETHER with the use of a right of way to the parties of the second part and their assigns, in common with others lawfully using t same, as a means of ingress and egress from the aforesaid premises to Peconic Bey Boulevard, thirty (30) feet in width along the northeast- erly boundary lines of Lots numbered 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 and 3 as shown on said map of property of Dan. J. Stack aforesaid, TOGETHER with the use of a second right of way to the parties of the second part and their assigns, in common with other law fully using the same, as a means of ingress and egress from Peconic Bay Boulevard to Peconic Bay over a strip of land bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a highway monument set at the northeasterly corner of premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Van Brunt Tandy Corporation, by deed dated May 19, 1926, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 1184 of Deeds at Page 576 on May 19, 1926, which point is also the northwesterly corner of land of A. L. Downs and from said point of beginning running south 270 21 East (through a monument and stake set to the north of Peconic Bay) 377 feet along land of A. L. Downs to Peconic Bay; thence westerly along said Bay, 10 feet to land of the parties of the first part, thence northerly and parallel with the first course along land of the r parties of the first part to Peconic Bay Boulevard aforesaid; and them i a easterly along said Peconic Bay Boulevard to the point or place of beginning. a^ SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate. survey may show.
