WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of
One ($1.00) Dollar , lawful money of the United States, and other goad and valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the party of the second part, and assigns fo.e,,,

situate,lying and beingSixebu at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, and State of
New York, and known and designated as Lot #5 on a certain Map
entitled, "Map of Property of A. L. Downs, Laurel, L.I., N.Y.", '
surveyed by D. R. Young, June 12, 1929 and filed in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Aug. 14, 1929 as Map #21.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the !i

adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with any and all riparian rights in connection with said
premises.
THE purpose of this deed is to vest title in the abw described
premises in Raymond T. Wood, the Grantor herein, and one of the
Grantees, and Mary B. Wood, his wife, as joint tenants with the
right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common.
