mWITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part in considers-
tion of Ten ($10.00) Dollars lawful money of the United
States and other good and valuable considerations paid by
the party of the second part, do hereby grant and release !,

Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point, which point is distant S. 160 46 E.
404 Feet from a monument set on the southerly side of Peconi
Bay Boulevard at the northeasterly corner of premises of
William F. Geissinger and Martha W. Geissinger and the north-
westerly corner of premises of Samuel D. Piquet; running
thence South 160 46 E. 116 Feet along said land of Piquet
to a point; thence S. 340 0' West 98.5 feet to a point; run-
ning thence N. 16046' West. 178.30 feet to a point and
other Land of William F. Geissinger and Martha W. Geissinger
running thence at right angles to said last mentioned course
76.29 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with,and ssappurtenant to the premises above
described to the party of the second part, the full and
free right in common with others to enter upon the following
described premises for the purposes of ingress to and egress
from Peconic Bay Boulevard and Great Peconic Bay; but the
right of ingress and egress from the hereinbefore described
_ premises to Great Peconic Bay shall be on foot only; togethe
with the right to use so much of the following described
property as consists of beachland for the purpose of bathing
sunbathing and for the purpose of embarking in and disem-
barking from small boats; provided, however, that .the partie
of the first part shall be under no obligation or duty to
maintain or repair the lane or property over which said righ
of way is hereby given.
ALL those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land
being a part of the land formerly owned by John Hallock
situate, lying and being at Laurel, in said Town of Southold
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly
line of Peconic Bay Boulevard distant 64 feet as measured
along the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard on a
course of N. 400 0 East from a point on the southerly

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises conveyed to Robert
E. Visco and Abby C. Visco by Bonaventura Compagna.0 by deed
dated May 3, 1949 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Liber 3034 of Deeds at Page 548 on
',. the 10th day of January, 1950.

ALL that plot or parcel of land, situated at Laurel,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and de-

BEGINNING at a point at the northeasterly corner of the
premises herein described adjoining land of Helen J. White
and William M. Small, which point is distant S. 160 46' E.
j 304 feet from a monument set on the Southerly side of
Peconic Bay Boulevard at the northeasterly corner of land
formerly of the parties of the first part and the North-
westerly corner of remises of Samuel D. Piquet; running
thence South 160 46 E. 100 feet along said land of Piquet
to a point and land of Robert Visco and wife; thence running
in a Westerly direction at right angles to the last men-
tionedline 76.29 feet along said land of Visco to a point
on the Easterly line of a certain right-of-way; thence run-
ning N. 160 46 W. 100 feet along said right-of-way to a
point and land of White and Small; thence running in an
.Easterly direction at right angles to said last mentioned
line 76.29 feet along said land of White and Small to the
point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH, and as appurtenant to the premises above
described to the party of the second part, the full and free
right in common with others to enter upon the following
