BETWEEN ARTHUR W. HIGHES, /residing at Peconic Bay Blvd., Laurel, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and GEORGE J. TURNER, and ETHEL F. TURNER, his wife, both
residing at Peconic Bay Blvd., Laurel, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of !i

sideration paid by,the party of the second part,does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party

Lying and being NDaX at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows-

ti conveyed and the Northwest corner of land now or formerly of George B.

THENCE SOUTH 71" 011 50" West, 79.85 feet to a concrete monument on the
Easterly side of land now or formerly of J. Driscoll;
THENCE NORTH 19° 511 West, 348.59 feet to the Southerly side of Peconic
Bay Blvd;

BEING AND INTENDED To BE the same premises conveyed to the Party of the
First Part herein by deed dated the 22nd day of June, 1961, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 5005, Pg. 465, on June 23,
1961.
