BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at a point on the northerly
side of Main Road (N. Y. Highway 25), at the southeasterly corner of
land of Edward J. Scholtz and running thence in an easterly direction
along the northerly side of said Main Road a distance of sixty seven
feet, more or less to a concrete monument; running thence in a northerly
direction along land of Sophie Saunders a distance Of one hundred eighty
one feet more or less to a concrete monument; the last mentioned
concrete monument being located in the northwesterly corner of land of
said SOpiaie Saunders and the northeasterly corner of the premises herein
conveyed; running thence in a westerly direction along other land of the

a concrete monument; marking the northwest corner of the premises herein
conveyed and the northeast corner of land of Edward J. Scholtz: running
thence in a southerly direction along land of Edward J. Scholtz a distanc
