certain map entitled Amended Map of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc.,
Mattituck, N. Y., said map being made by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and

Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 12, 1926 as li
Map No. 801, which said lots are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road
II' distant 1564.40 feet southeasterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southeasterly side of Route 25 (Main Road) with
the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road; running thence South 200
38' Fast along the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road, 100 feet;
thence South 690 22' West 144.11 feet to land now or formerly of
Husin thence along said last mentioned land,, North 20o
29' West
100 feet,
and running thence North 690 22' East 143.83 feet to the
southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road at the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the sellers,
if any, over Sigsbee Road as shown on said map leading to Peconic
Bay, Sigsbee Park and Route 25 (Main Road).
j TOGETHER with the right of the sellers, their heirs, distribu-
tees and assigns to use in common with the other owners of lots
shown on said map, the tract shown on said map as Sigsbee Park for
park purposes under such conditions, limitations and restrictions
as may be imposed by the Association of owners of lots shown on
said map, but such restrictions shall not interfere with the enjoy-
ment of said Sigsbee Park by the owners of lots on said map.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
sellers by deed from GEORGE B. MARZ and FRANCES V. MARZ, his wife,
dated May 24, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
.Office June 12, 1961 in Liber 4999 of Deeds, Page 180.

SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements
of record, if any, and SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate
survey may show. _
SUBJECT to a. mortgage now held by the Southold Savings Bank
In the original sum of $15,000.00, now reduced to the sum of
$13,689.85, with interest thereon at the rate of six (6%) percent
from the 24th day of October, 1965, which mortgage the grantees
herein assume to pay. The parties of the second part have executed
and acknowledged this instrument for the purpose of evidencing
their assumption of said mortgage and their agreement to pay the
same.
