THIS INDENTURE,made the 18th days of June ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five
BETWEEN IRVING H. BOOKMAN and AMY S. BOOKMAN, his wife, both
residing at Sigsbee Road, Mattituck, New York,

party of the first part,and JOSEPH C. QUINLAN and HARRIET V. QUINLAN,
Y his wife, both residing at 109 Stevens
Avenue, Hempstead, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
�IV�` aidemdon paid by the party of the second paR, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
to P situation,lying and being ix:OR at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County
'w 0 of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by
plots Nos. 76 and 77 on a certain map entitled Amended Map of
Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck, New York", said map
being made by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. from actual survey
completed July 11, 1924 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on the 12th day of January, 1926 as and by
Map No. 801 (Abstract No. 368).
TOGETHER with the right to use for recreational purposes the
plots shown on said map as Sigsbee Park and the beach adjacent there-
to in common with others who have now or may hereafter acquire rights
in the same, it being expressly understood that the party of the first
part shall not be held responsible for injuries or accidents that
occur in connection with the use and enjoyment of said Sigsbee Park
- and beach.

record, if any, and subject to any state of facts that an accurate
survey may show.
