THIS INDENTURP made the day of JU- nineteen hundred and fifty-six
BETWEEN
MARY SMITH, residing at 40 A Locust Hill Avenue, Yonkers,
New York,
parry of the first pan,and MARY C. PANKO, residing at 50 A Locust Hill
- Avenue, Yonkers, New York, and JOHN J. SMITH, residing at 44 Lantern
Road, Hicksville, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first an,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the parry of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,PPiece or parcel of land,with the buildings and ion2rovements thereon erected,situate,

known and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north-

northwesterly line from its intersection with the northeasterly
line of Bray Avenue; and running along said northwesterly line of
Albo Drive N. 690 131 10" E. 126.11 feet; thence on a curve to the
right, having a radius of 25.0 feet, a distance along said curve of
47.60 feet, thence along the westerly line of Wells Road, S. 10
- 411 10" E. 69.63 feet; thence along other land of Robert L. Young
and others, 2 courses as follows: (1) on a line at right angles
to said westerly line of Wells Road, S. 880 181 50" W. 143.93 feet;

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Robert
L. Young and others to Michael J. Smith and Mary Smith by deed dated
July 22, 1950 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 20, 1952 in Liber 3439, Page 225, the said Michael J. Smith
having died on February 29, 1956,
