TOGETHER with the right to use for recreational purposes
the plots shown on said map or on the amended map of
Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. as Sigsbee Park and the
beach adjacent thereto in common with said Mattituck Park
Properties, Inc. and the others who have now or may here-
after acquire rights in the same;
TOGETHER with all of the right3 title and interest of
the party .f the first part in and to any license, ease-
ment or consent to the use of any adjacent propertY3
including therein any rights which may have been acquired
by prescription or otherwise or which may be in the

This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage execut-
ed by CHARLES H. SCHADE and ELEANOR FRANCES SCHADE, as Mortgagor3
to the North Fork Bank, as Mortgagee3 which mortgage is dated
October 4, 1963, and has been heretofore recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, and on which mortgage there

rate of six per cent per annum; and the party of the second part
hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest
