Harper Young to D. Stanley Raynor and May S. Raynor, his wife, by
deed dated June Ist, 1921, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 1021E of Deeds at Page 232 on July 5th, 1921.
Said D. Stanley Raynor having died on September 12th, 1940
Said May S. Raynor having died on September 18th, 1950, testate.
