W I T N E S S E T H:
That the parties of the first part, in
son-sideration of Ten thousand four hundred and fifty dollars
` ($10,450.00) lawful money of the United States, paid by the
parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto
the parties of the second part, their distributees, heirs, ex
ecutors, administrators and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with.the buildings and
improvements thereon, at Laurel, County of Suffolk, State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point in the dividing line between the
premises herein conveyed and the premises now or formerly of
Alexander Bong, Jr. and Alice Billings Song, his wife, said
beginning point being 293.6 feet Ilan the southeasterly side
of Peconic Bay Boulevard on a line drawn south 150 04' east
from the southeasterly side of Peconic'Bay Boulevard, the
point of said line on the southeasterly side of Peconic Bay
Boulevard being three hundred and twenty-four feet and three-
tenths of a foot southwesterly from a atone monument marking
the division line between the lands now or formerly of Van
y. Brunt Tandy and Frederick Russell; thence from said beginni
point and along land now or formerly of said Alexander Hoeg,
Jr, and wife, south 740 56' west, 79.91 feet; thence south
150 10' east to Great Peconic Bay, passing through a stone
monument near the high water line of said Bay; thence
northeasterly along the line of said Bay, to a point where
same would be intersected by a continuation of the aforesaid
k: line drawn south 15° 04' east from Peoonic Bay Boulevard here
in mentioned; and thence north 150 04' west to the paint or
