TOGETHER with the right to use for recreational
purposes the
plot shown on said map as Sigsbee Park and the beach adjacent
thereto in common with said Mattituck Park Properties,Inc., and
with others who have now or may hereafter acquire rights in the
same, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations
with respect to the use thereof as Mattituck Park Properties, Inc.,
may from time to time put into effect, it being expressly understood
that Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. shall not be held responsible
for injuries or accidents that occur in connection with the use and 'i
enjoyment of said Sigabee Park and beach.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the pARTY
OF THE FIRST PART in and toSigsbee Road adjoining said premises
to the center line thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part herein by Howard Thiel and Florence L. Thiel,
his wife, by deed dated November 23, 1956 and recorded in the
Suffolk county Clerk's Office on November 29, 1956 in Liber of
deeds ¢221 cp 356.
