and State of New York, known and designated as Lots Nos. 32 and 33
on a certain map entitled "Amended Map of Mattituck Park Properties, J
Inc., Mattituck, N.Y.', said map being Wade by Daniel R. Youngs P.E.
and L.S. from actual survey completed July ll, 1924", and filed in
the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 12,1926 j
as Map No. 801, which said lots are bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road
distant 1564..40,feet southeasterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southeasterly side of Route 25 (Main Road)
with the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road; running thence South
20.381 East along the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road, 100 feet;
thence South 690221 West 144.11 feet to land now or formerly of
Hosing; thence along said last mentioned land, North 20° 291 West
100 feet, and running thence North 69°221 East 143.83 feet to the
southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part over Sigsbee Road as shown on said map leading to 1
Peconic Bay, Sigsbee Park and Route 25(Main Road).
TOGETHER with the right of the party of the first part, their
heirs, distributees and assigns to use in common with the other �
owners of lots shown on said map, the tract shown on said map as
Sigsbee Park for park purposes under such conditions limitations 'i

of lots shown on said map, but such restrictions shall not
