Commencing. at the northeasterly corner thereof at the point of
intersection of the southerly line of the iviain toad with the westerly

the following seven courses and distances along lands last mentioned,

the land now or formerly belonging to George Clark Estate ) ; running v .
thence easterly along the southerly line of the Lain Road and again
crossing land of the Long Island Railroad Company to the point or placed
of beginning.
Together with a right of way 10 feet in width to and from the
Ipremises above described over other land of the estate of Carlton IT.

which right of way shall coincide with the westerly line of land of
Wilbur J. July and the westerly line of which right of way shall be I

EXCEFTITJG from the above lands,however, the following parcel of

Said excepted parcel being a portion of the premises devised to
Lillian Prankard by the Codicil to the Last Will of Carlton Y.Prankard, ii
deceased, the westerly 175 feet thereof being included in the above
description.
EXCEiTING further from the above described premises land owned and
occupied by the Long Island Railroad, the southerly line of which rail-
road land running from a monument set in the westerly line of said abov
described premises ETorth 4,'P 58' 30" East 242.49 feet to a railroad
monument set in the southerly side of the Lain Road and the northerly
line of said railroad land being parallel to said southerly line and
distant northerly 66 feet therefrom and having a distance along said
northerly line of 122.22 feet.
Together with all the right ,title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to land lying within the bed of T.,ain Road
adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
Said premises being part of the premises shown on a survey= thereof
dated August, 1927 , made by Otto W. VanTuyl, Licensed Surve.ror, Green- li
port, I1ew York, and entitled 111dap of Property owned by Carlton i.I.
Prankard, situate near T,cattituck, Suffolk Co, , N.Y. "
