All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate , lying
and being in the Village of Laurel, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of uew York, more particularly known and desig-
nated as and by the lots los. seven ( 7) and the northerly half
of No. Sig ( 6) , on a certain Map entitled "Map of sub-division of
of Lots Bos. fifty-two ( 52) and fifty-three ( 53) Laurel Park, and
other property of Ravatone Realty. Corporation" Laurel, Town of
Southold, L. I. , N. Y. , Daniel R. Young, P. r,. , and L.S. , Riverhead,
L. I. , N.Y. , dated Septemner 20th 1930, which said Lap was filed in
the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 2nd
1930 as and by the :,tap Nos. 212, together with all the right, title
and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to that
portion of the Road shown on said Map in front of and adjacent to
the said premises, subject to the right of other owners of
property on said Kap to pass over and use the same.
Together with the right to the use of the North Oakwood Road, to
pass over and use the same as a means of access to said premises.
Together with the right to pass over and use the South Oakwood
Road.
Together with a right to pass over and to use a strip of land
along the shore beyond lots Nos, one to four (1 to 4) both
inclusive, Map of Laurel Park, for the purpose of boating, bathing
and outdoor sports and for ingress to and egress from the waters
of Peconic Bay.
