Daniel-R. Young, Surveyor and which said map was filed in the office

No. 801, which said lots, when taken together are more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Sigsbee Road,
distant 1,181.51 feet northerly from the corner formed by the inter-
section of the westerly side of Sigsbee Road, with the northerly
side of Peconic Bay Boulevard; running thence South 69 degrees, 22
minutes West 143.55 feet to land now or formerly of John Busing;
thence North 20 degrees, 29 minutes West along said last mentioned
land, 100 feet; thence North 69 degrees 22 minutes East 143.27 feet
to the westerly side of Sigsbee Road;thence South 20 degrees, 38
minutes East along the westerly side of Sigsbee Road, 100 feet to

SUBJECT to the following two mortgages held by the Riverhead
Savings Bank: Mortgage recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 3868, page 79 and mortgage recorded in Liber 4496
page 257 which mortgages were consolidated and upon which mortgages
_ as consolidated there is due the soon of X10,151.37 with interest
thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from the 1st day of February,
