that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the build- �
ings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Southold, in the
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows
BDGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the Boulevard or a
Highway w 16-eTi Boulevard bounds the premises on the north which point is
the northeast corner of the premises hereby conveyed-end 20 feet west of
the northwest corner of the land formerly of the late William S. Wasson;
running thence southerly along the lands formerly of the said William S.
Wasson to the high water line of Pe conic Bay; running thence westerly
along said high water line 150 feet to a right of way of land now or
formerly of Frank Bray and Charles M. Bray; running thence northerly
along said land or right of way to the southerly side of said Boulevard
or Highway and running thence easterly along said southerly Boulevard or
Highway 223 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning.
The above described property being the same premises conveyed to i
Jean G. Moorhead by Frank Bray and Mille Y. A. Bray, his wife and
Charles M. Bray by deeds recorded October 30, 1917 in liber 953, Page
527; January 6th 1920 in liber 987, page 540, and May 20, 1920 in
liber 999, page 1279, except that the easterly boundary line was changed
by an agreement with one Wasson whereby the boundary line between the
Londa of Wasson end the lends of Jean G. Moorhead was moved 20 feet west
along the Boulevard or Highway and moved eastward ten (10) feet at the
high water mark at Peconic Bay, the new boundary line Doing the straight i
line between said points.

BEGINNING at the corner formed at the intersection of the north-

the lend now or formerly of Ellen We on, thence northerly along the land
now or formerly of the said Ellen Wasson 149.57 feet; thence westerly to
a point on the easterly side of Bray Avenue,_' which point is the north-
westerly corner of the plot conveyed by Frank Bray and Mille V..A, Bray,
his wife and Charles M. Bray to Jean G. Moorhead by deed dated September j
10th 1923 and recorded September 21, 1923 in liber 1080, page 449;
running thence southerly along the easterly side of Bray Avenue to a
point or place of beginning.

the first part in and to said Boulevard and Bray Avenue in front of said
premises to the center line thereof,

TOGETHER with the right and privilege of an easement over the right
of way over property now or formerly of Frank Bray and Milla V. A. Bray,
his wife and Charles M. Bray leading from said Boulevard to Peconic Bay.
This conveyance is made in distribution of the corpus of the trust ,
which terminated August 2nd, 1960 on the death of Robert L. Moorhead
