BEGINNING at a point on the curved westerly line of Wells Road 650.0
(35a13M feet northerly along said westerly line and its extension southerly
from the extension easterly of the northerly line of Albo Drive;
from said point of beginning running along land of the party of the
first hart S. 690 13' 10" W. 159.83 feet to land of John Krogman;
thence. along the last described land, two courses, as follows:
(1) N. 200 46' 50" W. 25.0 feet; thence (2) N. 510 44' 40" W. 14.58
feet to land conveyed, or about to be conveyed by the party of the
first part to Fred Moore; thence along the last described land
s, N.261 05' 10" E. 147.05 feet to the southerly line of Albo Drive;
thence along the scutherly line of Alto Drive and then along the
southwesterly line of said Wells Road on a curve to the right,having
a radius of -208.50 feet, a distance of 154.04 feet to the point of
beginning.

first part in and to Wells Road and Alto Drive adjacent to said
premises to the center line thereof.
TOOETHSR with the privilege in common with others to use a right of

Cid6la office in Liber 1368 of Deeds, at Page 24.
SUSnCT to the following covenants and restrictions:
That the premises shall be used for residential purposes only and no '.
dwelling erected thereon shall be for the use or occupancy of more
than one family;�that not more than one dwelling shall be constructed
on the premises for each 100 feet of road frontage; that no building
or any part thereof shall be erected within 25 feet of the street line; .
that no outhouses shall be maintained on the premises; and no dwelling
shall be constructed or maintained on the premises containing an area
of less than 800 square feet and costing less than $10,000.00.
Attention is called to the fact that a deed containing the major
art of the above property between the same parties was executed,
delivered and recorded on or-about October of 1960. The above des-
cription includes the parcel previously conveyed plus an additional
arcel adjoining.
