THIS INDENTURE, made the 7th day of September
one thousand nine hundred and forty-five ,between ANDREA B. NORTBINGTON,
residing at 26 Oak Avenue, in the Village of Hempstead, County of
Nassau and State of New York,
part y of the first part,
and GEORGE P. BUSCH, residing at 23 Carman Street, in the Villuge of
Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of !Jew York,

WITNESSETH,that the part y of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the part Y of the second part,does hereby reanise, release and quitclaim unto the part Y of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land being a part
of the land formerly owned by John Hallock situate, lying and being
at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Peconic Bay
Boulevard at the northwesterly corner of land of said George P.
Busch and Andrea B. Northington adjoining .and now or formerly of
Bacchus, running thence along said southerly line of Peconic Bay
Boulevard, N. 400 001 E. 64 feet to the westerly line of a strip
of land of said George P. Busch and Andrea B. Northington, reserved
for a right of way; thence along said westerly line of said right of
way S. 500 001 E. 14.43 feet;thence along the last described land on
a curve to the right whose radius is 82.83 feet, a distance of 48.04
feet; thence along the last described right of way S. 160 461 E. 57.62
feet; thence westerly on a line at right angles to the last described
line 75 feet to said land now or formerly of Bacchus; thence along
said land now or formerly of Bacchus N. 160 461 IV. 80 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
