and the easterly line of the aforementioned 20-foot private road; thence
along the easterly side of said 20-foot private road; thence along the

SUBJECT AND TOGETHER WITH a Right-of-gay with others over said
20-foot private road from the southwesterly corner of the premises northerly
to said Peconic Bay Boulevard,
ALSO, with a Right-of-Way along the northerly line of the prem-
ises and extending easterly over'land now or formerly of Elinor G. Best
to Brush's Creek and being 20 feet in width at said private road and 10

deed from Rose A. Haywood to Frederick H. Fechtig and Elizabeth J.
Pechtig, his wife, dated May 22nd, 1962 and recorded May 24th, 19629
in Liber 5170 CP. 173, in the.Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk.
SUBJECT to agreements, covenants and restrictions, if any,
now of record, and more particularly to an agreement, dated the 24th day
of November, 1945, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on the Std day of January, 1946 in Liber 2517, Page 309.
