from a point on the southerly line of said Peconio Bay Boulevard about
1860 feet easterly along said southerly ling from Laurel Lane;said
- point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land of Theo.
Fleachutz; from said point of beginning running along said land of
Fleachutz, N. 75 degrees 45 minutes 40 seconds E. 195 feet, more or
leas, to ordinary high water mark of Brush's Creek; thence southerly
