Pasternak with the northerly line of the Peconic Bay Boulevard and
running thence N. 43 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds W. along the land
of Prankard 250.0 feet to a locust stake and land of Everett P. Cooper;
thence N. 46 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds East along the land of
Everett P. Cooper 100.0 feet to a locust stake and other lend of
Prankard; thence S. 43 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds E. along the
land of Prankard 250.0 feet to a locust stake and the northerly line
of the Peconic Bay Boulevard; thence S. 46 degrees 48 minutes 20

first part of, in and to land lying within the bounds of the Great
- Peconic Bay Boulevard adjacent to said premises to the center line

TOGETHER with a right of way in common with others from Great Peconic
Bay Boulevard to Great Peconic Bey over a strip of land 12 feet in
width lying between the westerly line of lands of Edward H. Stoehr
and the easterly line of lands originally of Higgins, later of
Carlton M. Prankard and now of George F. Hamill.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE premises conveyed to the grantor and her
deceased husband, George C. Krivacsy by deed dated November 13th,
