Mattituck Park Properties, Inc., Mattituck, new Yorke, said map being
made by Daniel R. Young, P. E. and L.S. from actual survey completed
July 11, 1924 and filed in the Office 01' the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on the 12th day of January, 1926 as and by Map No. 001(Abstract
No. 868)1 being twenty-five feet in width and one hundred forty
feet in depth.
TOGETHER, with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to Sigeboe Road adjoining said promises to the
center line. thereof.
TOGETHER, ALSO, with the right to use for recreational purposes
the plots shown on said map as Sigsboe Park and the beach adjacent
thereto, and with others who have now or may hereafter acquire rights
in the same, it being expressly understood that the parties of the firs
part shall not be hold responsible for Injuries or accidents that occur
in connection with the use and enjoyment of said Sigsbee Park and beach
